Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (like personal care items) may not be eligible for return once opened.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Kindly share clear photos/videos of the product for verification.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Items purchased during sale/discount (unless damaged or defective)
Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
